canal treatment, canal therapy

DID CANAL TREATED THINGS TO CHANGE COLOR?

As a result of trauma or canal treatment, the teeth may be colored brown, pink or gray.

CAN THAT BE COLOR CHANGED IN THREADS?

If the cause of color disturbance is trauma, canal treatment is performed first, then bleaching is applied.

If the color change is found after the canal treatment, the tooth is examined by x-ray. If there is no problem in canal treatment, the treatment is renewed and then bleaching is done.

CANAL THERAPY IS AN EMERGENCY OPERATION?

Local anesthesia is applied to the area to be treated before starting the canal treatment. Therefore, the patient does not feel any pain and suffering.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE FAILURE OF CANAL TREATMENT?

Often, canal therapy is renewed and if there is an error, the solution is reached. The old canal filling is removed, the canal is reshaped, cleaned, sprayed and refilled. If this procedure does not work, a surgical intervention called 'root resection' is performed. During this procedure the tooth root is reached; this region and its periphery are surgically cleaned and closed. In very rooted teeth, the infected root is removed. If solving is not achieved by surgical intervention; it can be seen fit.

WHEN DOES APICAL RESECTION DO?

If there is a structural or formal defect in the tooth root and canal treatment is not possible,

Or if the canal is not successful despite the treatment,

If the tool is broken in the root canal and you absolutely need to remove it,

If there is an infection at the tip of the tooth root and it is not appropriate to remove the fixed restoration,

If root is broken due to trauma at 1/3 root tip,

If there is the cyst on the tooth root.

DENTAL APPLIANCE AND TREATMENT

It is usually caused by inflammation of the vital organs of the tooth due to tooth rot, which is usually a regional swelling with fever and pain. The tooth is painful and very fragile. In the case of abscesses, firstly painkillers are used to cut the pain, antibiotics prescribed by my physician are used to prevent inflammation and spreading to the environment. Later on, depending on the condition of the infection, canal therapy may be applied or tooth extraction may be necessary if it can not be treated.

WHAT SHOULD BE PERFORMED IN THE CHARGES DURING CANAL TREATMENT?

If the instruments used in canal treatment are old, the patient or physician moves hard while using these instruments, and the most important reason is that the canal is curved and blocked, the canal can be broken and stay in the canal. If the duct is not inflamed, if there is no dental pain, no abscess, if the sterilized environment is working, the broken part can be left inside and the filling can be completed. If these conditions are not present, apical resection may be performed depending on the location of the instrument's fracture (near the root tip).

HOW CAN DISTURBED CANAL THERAPY IN LESIONS?

In teeth that do not respond in time and have long-term infections, the inflammation comes out of the root tip and causes damage to the bone, destruction. In such cases, canal therapy continues with multiple sessions. During these sessions, dressings are made to remove the root canals from microorganisms. As the agent is removed from the center, the rooting lesion gradually shrinks. The root tip is healed in the dental x-ray film taken on regular occasions.
