In cases where permanent color or shape changes are planned for the teeth, an intraoral measurement is first taken to allow for the trial application. A silicone key is prepared to apply the design to the teeth based on the measurement taken. The design can be applied to the teeth and examined in the oral cavity using the prepared silicone key. In this way, the patient can obtain clear information about the treatment result before the start of the treatment period. These applications can be examined with mirrors and video recordings. After the trial process is completed, the trial material can be easily removed from the teeth.
What Are the Situations That Prevent the Trial Process?
It is not possible to accurately convey the result of the treatment to be performed with the trial process if one or more teeth in the area where the application is planned are located further forward than the position where the prosthesis will be placed. Since teeth in front of the line cannot be shown at a different point from their current position, the trial process will not yield a healthy result.
