3D SMILE DESIGN
In conducting Smile Design, it’s necessary to evaluate the patient’s teeth along with the entire facial area. To achieve this, we perform operations under specific categories. By shaping the relationships between teeth, gums, and lips according to the facial structure and character of the individual, we ensure an aesthetic mouth and smile for each person. It should be noted that smile design practices are different for each individual.

Aesthetic laminate porcelains are porcelain veneers produced in labs equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are bonded to the teeth without cutting or roughening up to 0.3 mm. Their thinness and lack of metal, allowing light to pass through, make them indistinguishable from natural teeth.
ZIRCONIUM TEETH
Computer-designed and processed zirconium dioxide formulas are highly resistant with transparency and aesthetic appearance.
All of these procedures require minor intervention on the teeth, and aesthetic filling procedures are a separate option for a patient who wishes to forego such interventions.
Our patient is a 26-year-old young woman, tooth No. 11 was traumatically broken, and this tooth, which also had an abscess at the root tip, was additionally treated with laser-assisted root canal treatment, laser-assisted gingival realignment, and then the zirconia porcelain restoration was completed. The filling of tooth No. 21 was renewed, enabling an aesthetic smile.
GINGIVAL ARRANGEMENTS IN SMILE DESIGN
In Smile Design, the symmetry of the gums and their tailored appearance for the individual undergoing the application are important. When we smile, the transition from tooth to gum should not be visible. The appearance of more gum than necessary is not aesthetic for the individual. This problem can be easily corrected with a simple surgical procedure. Today, these laser-assisted procedures offer great comfort to the patient as they are both bloodless and painless.
THE IMPORTANCE OF BOTOX AND FILLER IN SMILE DESIGN
Over time, due to tooth wear with advancing age, the distance (vertical dimension) between chin tip and nose decreases, the smile lines descending from the edge of the nose (nasolabial region) become prominent, cheeks sag downwards due to the effect of gravity.
While teeth can be made more beautiful with aesthetic laminates and whitening treatments, supporting the surrounding tissue along with a new radiant smile, as the face must be evaluated as a whole, brings the treatment to a complete result.
The goal is to complete the tissue loss rather than creating a new face.
While tissue loss on the lips, prominent smile lines, cheekbones, and hollows on the cheeks are filled with dermal fillers, Botox application aims to prevent more pronounced expression lines around the eyes and forehead. In this way, the treatment is completed by evaluating the face as a whole. All of these processes ultimately create a three-dimensional smile design.
AESTHETIC SMILE WITH IMPLANT TOOTH
If the problem in a person with normal tooth alignment is the absence of teeth in a visible area, the best solution would be implantological tooth treatment. The other two teeth are not affected, and also the bone in the missing tooth area is preserved. All of this provides the patient with an aesthetic smile.
In case of multiple tooth deficiencies, the patient is offered the opportunity to make a removable or fixed dental prosthesis on it by increasing the number of dental implants. The removable or fixed prosthesis option that best fits the patient’s face also provides results that make the person smile.
Smile Design Prices
Smile Design prices are not fixed. Since the methods to be applied may vary for each patient, the price also varies accordingly. For example, if the patient is missing a tooth, an implant is made, a prosthesis is needed, or only a zirconium coating is required.
